◎ Factory Visual Trip
You may not fly to China to visit our factories due to the limitation of distance and cost. We are willing to take you a virtual trip by video chat and show you the real-time production.

◎ Quality Inspection
We have a quality control team to make sure each item in each order get inspected before it loaded. Each product has its unique quality inspection template and will be recorded & file archived once it get inspected.Besides, we will make a GOC file (glance of cargos, recording photos of each product, its package and its shipping marks in one shipment) for each shipment before loaded.

◎ Quality Warranty
The quality complaints seldom or never happen. It is stated in our formal contract that we offer you 180 days quality protection period from the date of arrival of your cargos, and we will be responsible for the quality problems by replacement or refund.
Here below are our quality claims:

Quantity objection may be raised within 60 days after the arrival of the goods at destination. Quality objection may be raised within 180 days after the arrival of the goods at destination.After such period, quality and quantity will be concluded as being in conformity with the contract, and no claims can be lodged by the buyers.
